Vitamin Cottage “Off Hours”

This is a tiny, but powerful Relevant Report today. I want to introduce you a grocery store called Natural Grocers/Vitamin Cottage. They have about 80 locations and have been in business for over 55 years. But what you will find significant is their store hours. They are open from 8:56 a.m. until 8:04 p/m/ weekdays. Weird hours, right? A little “off” normal. But it is for their customer’s convenience. They are giving their customers an extra 8 minutes of their time each day…so that their customers can be a little late – or a little early and still be able to shop. Brilliant! Of course, there will always be some dope who complains, “Why aren’t you open until  8:07 p.m.??! Beware of dumb people. This is Ross Shafer for The Relevant Report.
