Separate Your Service

I have to tell you what happened to me as I preparing to do an event in Carlsbad, Calif. at the Park Hyatt hotel. In was typical morning. I ordered breakfast. Room service comes. But the room service attendant, Roxanna, delivered something I have never seen before. She brought a full-sized toaster to freshly toast my bread. By the way, I wasn’t staying in a big suite…this was in a regular room. It’s a fabulous idea. Something totally new for a hotel to do for their customers!

What service or product can YOU tweak that causes people like me to talk about you…it could be as small as offering “fresh toast?” This is Ross Shafer for the Relevant Report.
